The Alameda - Contra Costa Chapter of NARPM is an association of Professional Residential Property Managers serving the Bay Area. Our Chapter originated in 1991 and has grown to almost 50 members, including affiliates and associate members. Our members subscribe to NARPM’s professional standards and code of ethics, specializing in the management of single family homes, condominiums and small apartment complexes.

We hold monthly meetings with guest speakers on subjects pertaining to our profession, keeping us abreast of current laws and changes in our industry. Our current members manage a combined inventory of approximately 1 Billion in property values.
